These people keep sending mail to my house! I neither need, nor want their loan!

Was sent an email indicating that upon payment of my cash advance loan I'd receive a $20 amazon gift card. Store clerks had no idea what I was referring to and said it was for a drawing of some sort. Calling the what I am to assume is the customer service line and all I got was a run-around. Email did not indicate there was a drawing of any kind and I quote the fine print provided with the email 'Gift card will be awarded when the loan is paid in full on or before the loan due date and customer activates the reward. Only one reward per person is permitted. Loan must be originated within 180 days of receiving the offer. Reward expires 90 days after receipt. Void where prohibited by law.' I no longer trust this business and will no longer use their services, as they cannot honor their promises.
