It is very difficult to get past the automated system and actually speak with a human being. Tip: you have to just keep hitting the zero button on your phone until it finally disconnects the automated loop and allows you to connect you with a live person. Also, their online account management system has limitations and inadequacies that end up costing you, the customer, extra fees & finance charges! So beware and don't get trapped by their inadequacies and poor customer service.

NEVER EVER USE THEM!! THERE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND FRAUDULENT

I was an employee and customer. Both experiences were horrible. I often think how much better my life would be if my path hadn't crossed that of Wells Fargo. I hate this company. They only care about closing the deal and could care less about the customer after that. My advice: do business with another company - any other company.

Absolutely inexcusable treatment. I have been a customer for close to 20 years. I have 3 credit accounts with WF. I obtained a Home Projects Visa in July 2015 to purchase a new AC unit. I received a letter this week July 2016 stating account was closed due to derogatory mark on credit report. I have never had a late pmt. in fact, my credit history with WF is perfect. I took the liberty of pulling my report from all 3 bureaus costing me $29.99. I found no derogatory marks at all. My credit score was over 90 points higher than what WF suggested it was. The only negative information at all was a medical account in the amount of $60 from 2012 that has since been removed from 2 of the 3 credit bureaus. Keep in mind, this WF account was opened in 2015 so how could that be a factor now. Also, you chose to raise my credit limit on my other WF visa the same week you chose to cancel this visa. I sent copies of my credit report to my local office for review and nobody can find any reason you would do this. Can you forclose on my home when I have had an excellent payment history? Can you reposses my car when I have had an excellent payment history? No...How and why would you close a credit card with excellent payment history? My credit score had actually gone up 8 points this month so again, absolutely a baseless decision from WF. Is this the image you want to portray? How do you treat customers who actually have missed payments? Take their first born child? You suggest on the letter that the agency you used was Equifax. Funny that they increased my score this month too. Are their any reporters or news anchors who would be willing to look into this bull$&!@ treatment? Anyone looking for a financial intstitution should look far away from WF.

Any idea when you guys might start the cleanup of the hazardous materials those companies you hired to maintain all those homes you foreclosed on? I am talking about the Lead Based paint that you sent Mortgage Contracting Services into to clean up? The mold? I am wondering if you are going to require Safeguard Properties to start the cleanup? Instead of paying someone $25 a wall to paint over it why wouldn't you remove it so people are safe? I noticed there is a lot about this bank that I read at preservationwatch.com Is there a reason that you continue to disrupt hazardous materials without proper training or licensing?
