This bank sucks. Bad customer service and bad products and support. Also the atm doesn't work.

Simply can't stand how often the outside ATM is at this facility is out of order. One of the biggest reasons I signed up for this credit union was because it is near my job and not too far from home and I hate paying atm fees-one of my biggest petpeves. Very often I need to withdraw cash from my account so I need something nearby but 90% of the time this atm is "temporarily under maintenence" Something that just may make me leave them.
