First Class Community Credit Union in Des Moines, IA

I've been with this bank since my mother opened an account up for me when I was a child. Ever since I have been actually using the accounts I have had trouble. First it was my card not working-there are just some times no matter how much money I have in the account that my card comes back as insufficient funds. And what really doesn't make sense is when I do make an overdrawn purchase it works every time! It's like they want me to pay them an overdraft fee! Still with all that set aside I just went to go transfer some money from another FCCU account to mine and I guess all of a sudden I don't even have a checking account with them! Gone just like that! No call to me telling me what they were going to do and why, no letter or warning just poof! Gone. So now I don't know what's going on because it's afterhours and I wont be able to get ahold of anyone until tomorrow and thank God it's my day off so I can spend all day with them on the phone trying to get this sorted out! I just don't understand why I have so much trouble with this bank! So I would not reccomend thier services to anyone, no one should have to go through what I have had too.

I stopped by today to refinance my car loan; I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and other people were plucked from the waiting area who hadn't waited for half as long. I was a new customer looking for help, but First Class Credit Union provides zero service. Worse was how the loan counselor guy and some unhelpful lady (named Misty or Mitzi) kept giving me dirty looks, but never offered assistance.
