Awesome, friendly, professional and caring. We use Thams Agency for our personal insurance as well as for our business, Integrity Carpentry. From the first time I called Judy on the phone I could tell a difference from all the agents I have used over the years. She is a great communicator. Judy explained areas of coverage for business and personal that no one had ever bothered explaining or making sure I was aware of. Customer service is top notch. I always get my calls returned. We had a towing claim from a breakdown on the side of the road. I had several follow up calls to make sure all my needs were met. My check for reimbursement came very quick. It arrived in less than 2 weeks I think. My very first time in the office, my mother in law was dying, and I had 5 of our six children so my wife could be at the hospital. Judy was amazing making sure the children had crayons or markers and paper to doodle on. Then she found some goodies to give the children when we left because they did such a good job. We ended up leaving a glove there and she mailed it back to us so we didn't have to make a special trip. I have always wanted to have an insurance agent that cared, and seemed like my business and satisfaction were important to them. I am so grateful for Judy and everyone at the Thams Agency. I highly recommend them! I don't think you will find any better at least within 60 miles. I also love the beautiful exposed brick work inside the office. I always enjoy well preserved historical buildings. It is clean, serene and beautifully decorated.
