Customer service used to be fantastic but over the last 12 months it has been horrible. I have banked here for over 10+ years. I was in drive thru and they wouldn't do what i was asking, so i proceeded to go in, and thats when the branch manager was very rude and disrespectful, and i have never been treated like that at a place of business in my life.
