staff are good freindly issue that is constant is the atm debit cards evan after u verify urself being on a joint account they still will not unlock your spouses cards or whatever issue stops it from working drive thru can only do depost and cash checks can provide very very little help my gf called and cant evan get information about her own card DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING COMPLETLY USLESS GARBAGE I WILL BE CANCELLING THIS ACCOUNT AFTER TODAY AND I RECCOMEND VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION OR ANYOTHER BANK THAT IS NOT AS MESSED UP AS THIS BANK IS

Worse bank to bank with definitely have to keep an eye on your account because you can't trust them to handle your account at all because they cannot do their jobs right. The bankers there aren't helpful at all instead of telling you what it is they talk around the subject so you don't understand and act like you're crazy. And like you're trying to disrupt the peace when all you're trying to do is understand why one minute you have your check the next you don't. But I guess because I'm black with a strong opinion they found me intimidating. I got told they'll call the police for me telling their banker I wasn't talking to him I was talking to my mom. Shaking my head I suggest no one bank with this bank UNLESS YOU LIKE YOURE MONEY DISAPPEARING WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. They don't even get 1 star to be honest. They need to be shut down. Then they tell you not to come back because you want to close your account with them. And just to think I didn't even want to have a conversation about why I wanted to close my account had they just said you can can't close this until it's a positive balance but we can close the savings account the moment I asked to close my account I would've been good but no they want detail by detail basically calling you a liar and following you around like a lost puppy and restating what you said to the teller as if you don't know what to tell them and showing they behind i would have been good. Then proceed to tell me when they told me in the beginning to get online banking because it's great to know your balance on the go but then say oh no online banking isn't always accurate it's not true at all so why tell me to get it if even you know DONT TRUST IT. I wash my hands of this bank and I'm completely done with them. BY FAR THE WORST BANK EVER

I don't know what's going on with Wells Fargo's computer system. They have been sending me statements for an account that was previously closed with the information of the account that it was transferred to. They have also been sending it to the wrong address. I would not use this bank if you have an estate or a trust. They are totally incompetent. I will be moving my accounts to another institution.

Tried for an hour to get someone on the phone, anyone, nobody picked up. Who would bank at a place like that? Sorry, I had to give them one star but it wasn't possible to give them zero. The Branch Manager should be fired as the first step.
