Sadly I closed my account today. They were great before Regions bought out. Unbelievable charges for accounts with no transactions. Bank Manager said that if I had read disclosures (which came with statements where there was no activity--thus why open and read???) I would have known that they added charges to what had been a free account. Why I need to pay them to hold my money, just blows my mind. Manager did not try to salvage me as a customer. Never mentioned what services could be free, minimum deposit needed. And I did give clues; never picked up on them. I was dressed very casually. Wonder if he thought I was not worth the trouble.
