Have been trying for a month now to check on the status of a pre-approval for a home loan. No answer via phone or email from mortgage loan personal. Very unprofessional in my book.

Parents bank here, unfortunately but are in the hospital. I went in to cash a check for them as their accounts are here. I am from out of state and do not have an account with them therefore they insited I pay a $7.00 fee to cash this check for them. The teller was very rude. After she could get her supervisor in another office to put down her cell phone she asked if they could wave this fee. They would wave it but just this once. Rest assured there will never be another visit from me. My bank would never treat customers like this and they would cash any check I write to anyone with out charging them. So sad.
