Great credit union, horrible hours. For the working people, I don't understand how opening at 10 am on wednesday and closing at 5:30, then taking an hour brake at noon where there aren't any services available is very good customer service. How about staggering your employees lunch hour so that the credit union continues to run, and opening at 8 and closing at 6 to make it easier to get in.

Great bank. Update hours online. I just drove 45 minutes thinking the bank closed at 1 pm.

Hello !! I spent the the better part of an hour today with a financial associate named Catrina . She was so so very kind and helpful as i had brought in change to be counted and she took great care to repeatly fix the machine that counts the coins . We got to talking and she made me aware of all the options I would have to keep my accounts open even though I will be relocating to Kansas .She put my mind at ease .She was definitely a joy to work with .What an asset to youre financial institution. Thank you Catrina

Beware!!! Seems great in the beginning until you receive their privileged services. They do not notify you if you are over drafted and then charge $30 for every transaction, even if it was a 2.00 transaction. Once you finally discover this on your own, customer service tells you sorry you checked a box when you signed up for this account. Nothing we can do. Then the branch manager cannot return your phone call to talk with you about it. Needless to say I'm moving my account. Beware !!!!

We only just started an account but am thoroughly impressed! Mike was a great help, guiding us through all our options... taking into consideration our current financial situation, suggesting services that make sense and telling us why others won't work. He truly wanted to present us with only the options that save us money and not just selling us on something we don't need! Very good personal service! Even before we visited the branch, I chatted online with a representative who was very courteous and helpful. The products and services are very comparable to those of larger banks but with a personal touch. Very happy so far!
