One star only because zero was not an option. While running our credit numbers, we learned that my aunt and uncle opened a credit account with USBank that, due to a banking error, had my husband's social security number attached (his name is the same as my uncle's). We do not have an account with USBank, and no one can figure out how USbank got his soc number at all. We, and my aunt and uncle, have been struggling for weeks to get this fixed (and have provided requested identity documentation proving we all are who we say we are) only to be continually frustrated with the slow response and frequent assurances that 'there's nothing more I can do'. This bank created a fraudulent charge on our credit report and is in no hurry to fix it beyond closing the account, leaving us with the balance on our credit report, and my aunt and uncle without credit. If a resolution isn't reached soon, I'm calling the Attorney General. Stay away from this bank.

Mortgage department are lying, deceitful and incompetent group of people. The lies went right up the chain when I complained . Everyone covering others mistakes or lies with more lies. It was pathetic. If looking for a mortgage or refinance definitely look else where! !
