Takes forever

Tried to cash a simple check and had to sit with a banker to try to sell me every product line they have. I just wanted to get in line, cash my check and go. I've been w my bank for 30+ years. Not changing now, so learn that no means no. You have obligation to cash the good check, not hold me hostage having 3 people push your products down my throat! Also, don't need an escort just to get in line. There is such a thing as too overly friendly that its fake!

Worst bank ever. Never actually talk to me like I was a intellgant person. Money always coming up missing from my account. Made me pay for a fraudulent check. They tell me one thing on the phone and then when I come in its a completely different story. Tried cashing a check. They told me I could cash over the phone then when I came in to do it. They said I could only deposit it and none of the money would be available for two day. Do not bank here go somewhere else.

Very helpful personal bankers. I had someone steal money out of my accounts, but thus store helped me through it. I would highly recommend coming to them first before calling their 1-800 number. I'm still salty about my account issues (I'm not happy with the company) but their personal bankers are amazing at what they do.

While the bankers were always friendly, the bank opened a credit card for me without my knowledge that took three years worth of calling to close, even after speaking with the manager several times. They also have been sending my mail to my old address for the last two years despite several attempts to change it online and in-person.
