Hope you don't have any fraud issues ever, they had 0 compassion when my account had fraud and came after me not only for the fraudulent charges but for service fee's!

I've been with UHFCU for over 3 years now and I've yet to have a negative experience. I love that I can make withdraws at any First Hawaiian Bank ATM (there's one in every 7-11) without incurring any fees. Their staff members are both friendly and professional. Before becoming a member at UHFCU I had an account with Bank of America, and I couldn't be happier with the switch. Big For-Profit banks will never be able to compete with Credit Unions when it comes to reinvesting in its members and offering the lowest interest rates. I plan on staying with UHFCU for many years to come.
