BEWARE! They lie to you and show NO compassion to those with disabilities. They initially said that, "Once you get a Momentum card, we will NOT pull your bank statements." Then, after you sign up for the Momentum card and even provide your bank statements, proof of income, etc. to begin with, they later harass you when you do need a loan. Their satellite office in Kailua-Kona did just this. Don't trust them. They later say- "If there is no activity (or, even if there is) - we pull a bank statement every 3 months." Obviously, "the customer is always right" does not apply to them. They also need to go back to the drawing board and teach their employees the CORRECT wording to tell their customers. Being a great listener and knowing this... YES.... they did LIE and they are just a joke!

I've been going there on and off for 4ish years. They know me by name and they give me excellent customer service.

Don't listen to the guy below, he's just mad that they don't offer EXTRA benefits to the disabled. As long as you bring in the correct documents you'll be able to walk out with cash in-hand. They will even work with you so you CAN get a loan; for example, I went in and forgot to bring a blank check, but the lady was nice enough to let it slide since it was already on file. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a payday-loan!!
