I had asked for a financial review to establish a Pre-Qual. for a home purchase. 3 monrhs later the response was "will work on it". Went to differant institution and got pre qualified in 3 days. Also when you pay your bills online they promise to pay the bill on the day they say they can. Don't believe that. I have had numerous late pays even though the pay day was earlier than required.All this while I had 40k$ deposited.

The bank is fine, but the phone number goes to a call center in Honolulu and no one can manage to get me the local bank's number. This is INSANE>
