Sterling Finance Co in Waycross, GA

I've done business with Sterling Financial several years ago and have also worked as a subcontractor for their office in Savannah GA for recovery services. Although, my past experiences with this company was great and the management team and staff was awesome. The new manager out of the Savannah GA office is completely unprofessional and lack the skillset it takes to engage positively with customers to build lasting relationships and maintain the good relationships the previous team built prior to her arrival, I have sent a plethora of new business to the Savannah GA location and tried to send yet another very reputable customer to them on yesterday that has excellent credit and is a Chatham County GA native and business owner herself, this customer was shunned by the manager and spoken to in s very foul manner, I took it upon myself to call and report this to the District Mgr Ken Bunton who instead of trying to empathize with me he immediately started betating me and called me a liar telling me he'd been with the company 30 years and he knows that I never did business with Sterling and was never a subcontractor. This was a ridiculous act of stupidity and a blantant lie. Ken Bunton should be fired and removed from his position as an area manager if this is the way he speaks to anyone regardless of if its a customer or potential customer or a company like myself that's done business with Sterling Financial, now that I've been ridiculed and berated by Ken Bunton I will see to it that I never refer another customer to their company and I'll encourage anyone thinking of doing business with Sterling Financial to stay away and take your business elsewhere.
