I do not bank with Wells Fargo, but I used the drive thru ATM and it ate my card. I was told no one in the bank could help me because the ATM belonged to Loomis, whose name is as secretive as Voldemort's (they would not give me a phone number for Loomis and told me they shouldn't have told me the name). I was told my card was shredded with no evidence whatsoever. They could not have cared less that my ATM card was gone. I called Loomis myself using a number on their website, and they said WF owns the ATM and they would have to put in a trouble ticket. WF lied. I had to cancel my ATM card with my bank and it will be 14 days before I can get a replacement card that I use daily.

Deposit $50,000.00 And they credit my account with $5,000.00... was told several days ago the problem was fixed... they lied..!!

This bank is completely incompetent and inconsistent. They will complete a specific type of transaction one day, and then tell you TOUGH LUCK when you need the exact same service the following day. I was able to go to a bank that I am NOT A CUSTOMER AT, and get a cash advance off my card... But my own bank refused to help me. SOME SERVICE YOU'VE GOT THERE WELLS FARGO!!!!!!!!!! I am already shopping for a new bank, and cannot wait to make the switch.

Stop letting idiots get a weeks worth of change in the business drive thru window. You waste my time and anyone else who is solely trying to drop a deposit off. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to simply drop a deposit. That is ridiculous, almost as ridiculous as the staff that works here.

Lori Adams was absolutely wonderful. Very responsive and polite. The teller that assisted me first was just as impressive!
