I arrived at the bank at 11:35 am, to initiate a wire transfer. There were two bankers working. One banker was free, but could not help with the wire, and the other who could help was with another customer. At 12:50pm banker who could help was still with the same customer. Will wire from the douglasville branch.

I've been with Wells Fargo Banking for about 4 years now and so far so good! Customer service has been great wait to make inside deposit has improved very seldom do drive thru due to mobile banking.
