If I could rate this place with no stars I would. Rude and unprofessional, the lady at the front desk actually shooed me away. I had been harassed and work and called them to let them know that was unprofessional and violating my rights by telling my personal business to a co worker. Their response was well it wasn't me on the phone, but that's what we have to do when you're late on a payment. Long story short I just said I'll pay them off and be done with them. I think the rude ladies name was Michelle, anyhow while dealing with me and another customer she picked up the phone to talk to someone. That conversation had nothing to do with loans nor business related. I could have easily blew up and made a bigger scene about how she showed me and ignored me, or about how she changed my payment three times. Instead I smiled and walked away. I will never do business here again, I'll stick to sunbelt and security finance. Goodbye.
