Horrible customer service, $2.95 will be deducted from your account if you want to speak to a "live" service rep. Good luck, you will get no help with any account questions.

Most unorganized bank ever. Tells me I need a withdraw slip in to with draw money in the drive through & I had to come in to building get a withdraw slip they will not give them out in the drive through. Well I come inside and they don’t have any at the counter and there are 11 people waiting in the lobby and only one teller. After 20mins of waiting the teller tells me they can only give one deposit slip at any time to a customer and you can’t with draw money in the drive though. Also the teller didn’t even check my id to with draw money!!! I could have been anyone and told them any account number and they would have given me the money!! Where is the security for my account they are setting them self’s up for fraud!!! Also I'm pretty sure all the good reviews on here are from employees!
