I've been going there since they were a Southtrust 20 years ago and they've always been really good to me. I often get disgusted with a bank and leave them for another, but I'm still a customer.

The tellers are very nice, however I had the worst time ever. I was dealing with a personal banker who forced me to open up an account and had ran my credit with out my authorization. He got angry when I declined the savings account, promised me I would have my secured business credit card within ten days....it's been a month and a half now and no word yet. Every time I go into the branch to get answers he blow me off and always say his manager is the only one that can fix it.....I have been back three times now and have not got any answers. *I'm closing all my accounts and going where I can get better service.

Brett, the drive-threw teller, was very enthusiastic, polite, and had many customers to attend too. Plus, he didn't try to sell me anything!

I wish I can give 0 star. I stand over 10 minutes to make change for $800 . A $100 bills .

Too slow. This brunch is not well managed. The employees doing whatever but serving customers. Nobody check the customer's listing. If you in a rush...forget it. It is much more than 15 minutes. Not good experience. Wells Fargo is not doing well...two thumbs down.
