The customer service here is second to none. Absolutely great. I can't say the same about their corporate office and service departments. That car I purchased was NOT serviced before it was put on the lot. I've been dealing with the corporate office and silver rock (warranty company) for 3 weeks to have this car repaired and still have not gotten anything accomplished. I really want to give them this car back and go someplace else. My patience is gone. This will be the LAST car I ever buy from drive time. I only went there b/c of special circumstances to begin with. I have tons more to say but I will stop here.

I absolutely love my salesman Timothy. He was very nice and patient. He worked with me & made things happen to get me in a car. I made a payment when he wasn't there and the staff were just as friendly. Tim kept in contact me. The staff made sure I was comfortable by offering me water. The customer service was great and I love my car. If you're going to Drive Time asks for Timothy Jordan at the Memorial Drive location! He was AWESOME!!
