I have had the worst service with this couple of individuals. Long story short, the customer service skills are horrible, i have been kept In the dark during the whole process. Then after 3 weeks they finally did a little research to find that I didn't qualify for the loan I was originally told I was approved for. Fast forward 2 months, I'm STILL waiting on my appraisal refund and the best answer they can give me for why it's taking so long is, i don't know. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.
