I've now used them twice. Once to buy and once to use them as my FFL delivery dealer. Both times have gotten good customer service and online communications.

Aside from their all white staff, These people offer minorities less for their items and i proved it when i sent a white friend in the store to pawn the same item. They offered him almost 50$ more. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

Some of the staff are very knowledgeable about firearms, some are not. Some are excited about helping customers, some are not. If you are really in the market for a firearm, make sure to speak to the shorter, older gentleman. He is willing to take the time to show you several options and explain the differences very well. The prices are good. They also have a large used selection of firearms that are traded in by local LEO's.

Staff never acknowledge myself or my family. Two of the staff were assisting one customer and never looked our way until a customer after us entered the store. Very unprofessional and never apologized or attempted to correct situation.
