They turned my debit card off without permission and without my knowledge then refuse to call me back after I requested to speak to a manager about it. I love regions but this location is a f**king joke!!!

Only visited the drive thru. It was simple, quick and easily accessible.

Terrible bank with procedures in place to bilk their customers out of their money. I racked up $150 in fees before bank told me i was doing something wrong. Local branch doesn't seem to have any power to make things right. Moved my monry to delta credit union...much happier.
