Everyone is nice in person. When kim called me on the phone she is rude. She talks to you like you are slow. Im not slow just disabled.

The staff member that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed with is there is a sign on their desks that the loans go up to 700 dollars. I can more than afford that but they only gave me 250. It didn't cover what I needed it for. I will continue to do business with this company though. Easy terms and great customer service

My experience with this company was great. I was greeted by everyone when I walked in and was asked to have a seat until they finished working with other customers. I initially was helped by Kim, she told me everything that I needed to have to get approved for the loan. I informed her that my job closed at 12p and asked if she could do the employment verification before then. She did not hesitate to call my employer. I did not have two check stubs on me at the time and had to run home to retrieve my second check stub. Kim informed me that they process loans until 2pm and it was about 11p. After traveling all the way to Lithonia, I made it back at about 1pm. At this time I was helped by Mrs. Blue. She was very pleasant and moved very quickly because the loan needed to be processed by 2pm to receive funds today. The only negative thing I can say is the interest rate is sky high, but that is to be expected from a company of this nature, and has no affect on the customer service you receive. Thank you for your time, help and understanding in my time of need.
