To all the Bank of America, current and future customers, Customer service is not dead and neither is personal banking. I am like many young career people , always busy, bank online for the convenience, and needs every dime I make. I had called customer service, national line, and was treated like trash and unimportant. I called the bank manager Pamela Bennett, and she understood the problem. I walked in and out within 15minutes. She was truly a life saver and helped me trust the bank again. So next time your on the phone and customer service is treating you not like a customer. Call your local branch and I am sure the bank will be more than happy to help you with your situation. Personal banking service is not dead, go into your local branch and they will help you and call you by name.

I completely agree with the other review. Pamela Bennet was incredibly helpful when I moved to the area and wanted to set up a new account and has been helpful every time I have contacted her. Even when customer service was not willing to help, she was. I cannot speak for all of the branches but the Bull Street branch has an excellent manager.
