They are very unresponsive and don't care about sending LSUs or closing on time. They are the least motivated part of this real estate transaction which sucks for both buyer and seller and agents!

My husband and I are very disappointed with the service from one of your loan consultants... Her name is Janice Montanez-Ortiz.. I have to say that after 5 months working with her and letting her know that we needed our house to close before February 15, we not only lost the house because she didn't do the paperwork right but now we have to move out of the apartment that we currently live in, in a week and we have no place to go and lost the $1000 from the tittle company. Let alone it took another person to do all the paperwork to get us approve 2 hours and she couldn't do it in 5 months.. WE have 2 kids and one of them is 2 weeks old and we have no place to go because this person not only promise to get us the house that we wanted but to get it before the date that we specifically told her over and over that we needed the house by.. at some point we even told her that we wanted to stop the process because we felt like she wasn't going to be able to meet the dateline and she once again promise us that she was gonna be able to do it.. she didn't deliver.. she was very unprofessional.. we had to call her over and over to see how the process was going because she said that she would call back and never did.. we had to email her all the paperwork sometimes signing without knowing because apparently she was too busy to meet with us in her office to explain what was it that we were signing.. if I keep going this review would be too long.. I just call her and she told me that it wasn't her fault that we didn't get approved because of job verification when every week we sent her pay stubs and bank statements..

Never do business with this company. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Before I signed contract with a builder, I had to fight to get the pre approval letter. After I had the pre approval letter, they told me I am good to go till closing. My closing date is going to be August 29, 2016.Yesterday, they told Loan officer Diego Bisbal told me I have to resubmit the application again, and I told him that I needed to close the property on 8/29/2016 or I will lose my deposit and my home. He didn't care and tried to blame others. I even called him a month ahead before the closing date to make sure everything was in order. The best he could do is email and told me to wait for a packet of application which I already did 6 month ago. Please do not do business Diego Bisbal and Edgar Lazar unless you want to lose your home. Nightmares.
