Bank of America Financial Center in Roswell, GA

Horrible service. I went in one afternoon at 3:25pm to make a wire transfer, they said the banker had not taken a lunch break yet, and they closed at 4:00pm, so they could not do it that day. They were only open another 30 minutes, yet they had to take a break? So I went the next day to the Midtown location, got it done, then the wire transfer failed, so they said I had to come back in. Went back to the Roswell location , did the wire again, it failed again. Now one the phone trying to find out why. Will be moving everything to another bank. Stay away from BOA, they are too big to worry about the customer.

The customer service is amazing!

Bank of America is greedy with fees and leaves customers standing in liin waiting for a teller, while nicely dressed personal bankers stand there and greet you at the door.

This branch is almost always under staffed, the line to speak to a representative is long and slow, and most of all: THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Just lousy. I run several million dollars through BofA each year, and get literally the worst service I can imagine... What am I doing here? I guess I'm the sucker.

The ONLY positive about this bank is the fact they have the teller-assisted atms, but I wouldn't feel that way if they had a decent teller in person. Both of the women are rude and act like you're inconveniencing them because you want to cash a check or deposit money. It's is so worth it to use the branch on Devore Rd, the tellers there are at least friendly and don't act like they hate their lives and jobs.
