Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I payed my bill on 10/11/16. I just received a ticket for no proof of insurance on 10/26/16!!! When I FINALLY got in contact with this rinky dink company, they say I'm held reliable for that ticket. Very poor service. Do not use this company!!!!

Paid my bill this month now my car got towed no proof of insurance waiting to hear from company now.. So heard from company got my car back on the companies expense. Ticket paid by company, not sure what location the other guy went to but it wasnt the rome office irwin has been in buisness over w5 years marshall april jim and nick thank yall so been. Since then i have decided to decided to add 2 vechicles and 2 life insurance policies with irwin i rate 5 star

I appreciate The Irwin Agency for their professionalism and attention to detail. For the first time ever I feel like I have an agent that is looking out for my best interest.
