This company does not give any grace time and I was told they charge five dollars a day up tell the next payment is due. you will be paying so much interest every month. I'm glad today I'll be paying them off. #RIPOFFS

Good customer service, but it is 2016 almost 2017, UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM!!! . I should be able to pay over the phone or ONLINE with my CREDIT CARD! Driving 30 minutes to you is a BIG INCONVENIENCE!!

Worse four years of my life don't do it. Every 4 month I would get a call because they changed banks. But every 2 months I would get a call saying my payment wasn't paid though I didn't auto payments so I told them to figure it out. My very last payment I do just a moment ago I was charged $8 extra because some one took it upon them selves to turn my auto pay off. What a freaking sweet heart. Dear lord save yourself the annoyance and go to a better car company. I wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy don't do it. I promise to you it's not worth your insanity to deal with these people. I get that it's not customer services fault that this company sucks so I'm not harping on them. Just saying the company as a whole policy wise is entirely ridiculous

Worst customer service ever!! I have been a customer with this company for more than a year and the only person that is professional in that place is Ms. Freeman. I experience the worst when one of the so call account manager had to call all of the references numbers but felt to call me directly or at my work number. Is 2017 send an email with read request.I have ask to change my due date many times they gave me the craziest answers. First was back went I started the loan they said there system was old they did not had that possibility. Next it was they were getting a new system in June 2016. The date came ask again they did not had all of the functions learn. I been to the point that I have ask if I get another bank what are the process they said it takes time is hard tou can tried instead of value the customers they have.
