Wells Fargo Bank in Pooler, GA

DANGER! DANGER! The Pooler Branch is HORRIBLE! AND UNSAFE! Parking lot is too small. People are backing out into busy U S Hwy 80; or parking along the edge and are dodging cars in the drive thru lane, all cars park in the handicap space which is horrible. This tiny lot has only one entrance/exit. Someone is going to get hurt, and you will be liable. Do you need for someone to get hurt or killed before you build a decent brick and mortar building? Hey - the old Goodwill store is available next door to Bi-Lo if you cannot afford a building. The building and parking lot are far TOO SMALL!! Don't you people know Pooler is the fastest growing city in GA? Why are you stuck in a time warp in a tiny old house without adequate parking and a building with electrical and cable wires attached outside the building? The City is upgrading their services building with a beautiful 3 story city hall and hoping all businesses in "Old Town Pooler" will do the same. Even the Post Office is shopping for a new building because that one is also horribly small. We have our bank accounts there and use your credit card and go there to make payments. WE HATE TO GO THERE because of the horrible parking. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR POOLER FACILITY ASAP! The staff are always nice and efficient and I feel sorry for them having to work in a bad space.

Dana Reimer was a great help to myself and my husband to combine our bank accounts and give us financial advice. It was busy when we got here, but it was a Saturday, so it was to be expected. Thank you Dana!

Parking lot and location are terrible. We left this bank because of the issues we had getting in there and the wait times once you do get in there. They really need to relocate or open another branch in Pooler.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo back when it was Wachovia I got my tax ID number open two bank accounts in the time it would take to just cash my check they have always treated me in like a VIP here

I have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been very friendly and professional. The 4 stars is 1) Lack of staff. There is always a wait, especially on Fridays. The staffing needs to be better to accommodate the flow of customers. I have never seen more than 2 tellers up front. 2) Parking is limited. But if they would keep it staffed accordingly, people would be in and out and that would adjust the parking issue. 3) I understand this is a business but the amount of upselling products is over the top, plus the tellers don't have time to fully explain the products when there is 10 people in line waiting for that 1 teller. Overall, it's a great location in Pooler and the staff is great.
