Wish I could give 0 stars. I made my first payment yesterday which was early and I paid online. It took out multiple payments and when I called to talk to manager she said it would take time to get a check cut from the home office. I was angry but she stuck by her word. She got it reversed today. I appreciate the honesty and acting quick.

Of I could give 0 stars I would. They act like they care and want to work with u when u lose ur job and then when u are at ur weakest point call and start harassing u. Nothing but rude tactics from day 1. Been trying to contact the manager to make a complaint for 3 days now, and won't even take a payment from my spouse. Go up the street to Franklin Financial.
