Unfortunately, I am here to report that I have had a horrific experience with Lois Eaddy on the transaction of my house and Homebridge Financial. My Realtor could never get a hold of her or the buyers Realtor involved and at one point even drove and hour to go the office to find out what was going on with the transaction. Lois, who was there working, wouldn't have come out to talk to her. Who does that? I buy a house a week and close on several in a month and this is by far the worse experience I have had AND to top it off...the buyer wasn't approved and backed out of the transaction after 75 days of trying to get it closed. Thank You Homebridge and Lois! Now the house has to go back on the market.
