Not impressed with staff. Long waits and not helpful.

This is a bs excuse for a bank! I have 5 accounts at other banks and do a very good amoumt if business. After trusting a friend in the wealth management department, i should have known to stay away from this bank after the stupid decisions made by their banker cost me a small fortune. He was fresh in the business and driving an m5 bmw amd a range rover to and from his million+ home because of tge commission he made losing my money amd others im sure. However, i decided to listen to their sba lender and his sales pitch on a mew property i was buying, not even im the ball park of other banks. Now last week, i stop in based on a call for another business loan amd they decline my perfect credit application because of 2 inquiries, one from a car purchase amd one from another bank that is doimg this loan for me. Really? Do not waste your time here, they do not have your best interest in mind at all and im not sure what thwy actually do to stay in business. The loan officer was also frustrated because she cant close any loans due to the horrible underwriters decisions. I will never waste my time here again. Use small banks and stay away from the big ones that only want the biggest clients amd have nothing to offer
