Bay Area Credit Service in Norcross, GA

I keep asking for a detailed statement and they will not send me one. They have called and wanted to settle my account for a smaller amount but I had to agree to pay the settlement before they would tell me what the reduced amount would be. I have been making payments monthly and now they are saying I have to pay the settlement because they can't keep the account open. If I had it I would pay it just to get them off my back, but I am retired and receive Social Security only and I don't have a lot to pay this at one time. Mailed a payment to them 3/26/16 to the correct address and now it has been returned, saying "unable to forward". So what now????

Scam Do not give money to these people

Scam! These people sent me a collection letter for something that happened over 2 years ago. When I spoke to the "manager" he could not tell me who sent them this information or where it came from. He kept explaining that they are trying to collect. He then asked for my social security number, and address. I explained that their company sent me this letter, he should have my address. He then gave me 2 different addresses that I did not live at! When I explained that they have the wrong person, he became more insistent on me giving hi my information. I have contacted my lawyer about them ans have been advised not to pay them. Good luck everyone!

SCAM! I called asking about my bill and this dude with an Indian accent asked me to give my account number or check number and after hearing that I realized this is a scam all they try to do is take your money! Of course I didn't give him any information and I hung up on him. Hate people who think can get away with stuff!

WARNING! This company is a scam! They tried to get money out of my mother for a hospital bill that workerscop payed for. Please do your research and check your records before you give any money to these people.
