I'm a customer of 2 years and can't say that I'm at all impressed. Called yesterday to refinance in an attempt to keep the credit line open (2 years old) and specificaly stated I had to have an answer that day or the whole deal was a waste of time. Well, I called in at noon, and had to call back twice to check the status of my refi request. By 6pm I had no return call OR answer, so I paid the loan off IN FULL, several months early. They could've at least called and told me they were still working on it. I'm a customer, and I expect customer service. Why continue to pay you 29% interest on a loan that i don't really NEED. The only reason I have it at this point is for the credit experience. ANNE: you cost security finance a customer, and I'm sending a certified letter to the owner explaining how you blatantly ignored my request for a same-day answer, and THAT cost you my account. Trial and error has taught me to record everything I do, and technology is amazing. My iphone records my calls, and I have 3 seperate calls proving that on 3 seperate occasions i specifically stated that I needed a same day answer or it was all a waste of time. Anne wasted my time, Security Finance lost a customer, and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH due to my experience.
