If there was something lower than one star that is what I would give them. These people charge double the amount that you borrowed and if you decide that you want to pay it off in 30 days, the amount is still double. The manager there was arrogant in stating that people like me come to them because they can't get a small loan from their bank. He didn't consider that there are life events that can affect your ability to maintain a decent credit score. I had a very serious illness that left me disabled and I can't work so my credit suffered. He made me feel bad for having to use his company. Noone wants to feel like that. There are other establishments that do loans just like these that don't charge nearly as much to pay back as these people. I would encourage anyone to look for other companies instead of these people
