Wells Fargo Bank in Martinez, GA

This is my bank and I will never leave them. I have been there since it was Bankers First and I was 17 and just starting out. They are always so polite and helpful.

Tellers are friendly

I went to this branch today to cash a check and with drew money from my personal bank account. The teller made a $20 error when she gave me my money. I stood in front of her and counted it back; she mumbled to me that she would have to count her drawer. I understood at first, then unknowing to me, she would have to count her entire drawer, including the money in her safe and the change. OMG! I do not work for the bank, I did not realize I would have to wait 20 minutes for her to clear her drawer. Another teller came out and attempted to explain which upset me even more. I am embarrassed on how I responded but none the less, I did not even get an apology after she finished counting her drawer and I had to wait. I spoke with the NICE manager who immediately apologized and advised "Ashley" to apologize who NEVER did. She told me I was rude.. Excuse me you made a mistake, it would have been just courtesy to say, I apologize. What happened to customer service? It messed up most of my day. My bank in Evans have wonderful greeters, and recognize their good customers. On Fury's Ferry, I felt like I had done something wrong by telling her she erred in her math. Everyone I know will learn about this incident and needless to say I won't be going back.

I was having a rough morning so I went through the drive through and when the lady was done she sent me a sucker in the tube. It made my day! It was a mystery flavor, so I'm not sure what flavor it was but it was really good and made me smile! :D
