Card and account was working fine to one day they decided to send a new card and a month later without receiving it they cancelled the card I had. No real was given... No phone call... No text... No phone app message... No letter... I knew nothing until I went to pay for gas or something and the card was declined. Even after spending all day in several branches and making several phone calls all I got was, "í submit a new request for another card ”. I didn't want another card, there's nothing wrong with the one I had until they screwed it up.

When I walked In I felt awkward the environment was not welcoming. The lady who helped me her name is Jenna was horrible help! She didn't explain anything to me. When I asked her questions she looked at me like I was weird. She acted like I was supposed to know everything. I don't plan to open my account with them because of her!

I came in to open 3 savings accounts for my children, & the manager was absolutely rude! I think I'll visit another branch & hopefully have a better experience!

They are good and helpful but are very generous with loans you have to have excellent credit in order to get anything from them

Quick service and a low interest rate on a car loan. I'm gonna try them for a mortgage when I get the chance.
