Review eHome Loan Advisors

These guys are the best, it does not get much better then dealing with Patrick, the owner of the company. He is there with you every step of the way, working nights and weekends for you, and answering calls/texts in all hours of the day. Being a broker, these guys hunt for the best loan for you, taking a lot of the stress away as you shop your loan. On the back-end, they typically try to get final approval on your loan a week or two in advance. I really appreciate the hard work of Pat, Josh, and Will. Thanks guys, hope to use you on the next one. Cheers.

Fantastic experience on a dreaded task. Josh guided me through the process and made it painless. Would gladly work with this provider again and again.

I had a horrible experience with them which will cost me thousands over the period of my loan. I worked with Patrick, the owner, and he never cared to listen to what I was saying and always had an excuse to why I shouldn't do something that would have saved me money over time. For example, I asked about getting a lower interest rate. He explained to me at the time that I would have to bring more money to the closing of the house if I got a lower interest rate. He said that it would take me "X" amount of years to recoup that money that I brought to closing for the lower interest rate. What he didn't explain was that while it might take me a few years to recoup that money, it was money towards the house (money I get back when I sell the house) instead of money towards an interest rate (money I will never get back). Unfortunately I let him talk me into the higher interest rate instead of just bringing more money to my closing. That will cost me several thousand over the course of the loan. That was probably the least offensive thing Patrick did. One of the more troubling things was the fact that I asked to put 20% down for my closing so that I didn't have to pay PMI. Patrick told me that I could adjust my loan later to reflect putting the 20% down. I talked to him about a week before my closing and he suddenly says it is too late to change the loan and put 20% down. Now I have to pay PMI thanks to his mistakes. He also cost me money on closing day when he called me only one hour before the closing to tell me he had to cancel the closing. He canceled the closing because he screwed up and forgot to add the money the seller was bringing to the closing. Money that Patrick knew about 2 weeks prior to the closing but didn't add to the loan until one business day before the closing. I had already taken off work and arranged for for a truck to move my stuff. Now I will be out thousands of dollars because of a higher interest rate, PMI, and money I lost from taking off of work. I also had a bad time working with other staff members in their group. They failed to send me paperwork until the last minute and then would rush me to get the paperwork done. They asked for documents they had no need for and would press me for the documents even after telling me that they had no clue why they were asking for said document. I had already provided all the necessary documents. Their team made me stressed and have a horrible experience buying my house. I would not recommend them to anyone. I forgot to mention that Patrick showed up to my closing, at a lawyers office, in shorts. He looked like he was trying to be a frat boy that was still in college instead of dressing like a professional.

I've worked with Patrick and his team a few times, and they have always gone above and beyond. They are professional, efficient, and caring. Patrick takes the time out to make sure you understand all the fine details. Thank you for the great customer service.
