After my existing mortgage was sold to Carrington 4 months ago, I have had nothing but trouble trying to get payment set up. It is as if their business model is to make it so difficult that you will miss your mortgage payment so that they can charge late fees and penalties. As soon as I have a choice, I will stop doing business with this company.

I disdain for this company i have talked to Chrissy who is supposed to be a supervisor who stated one thing on the recording but there's something totally different customer service is very poor.
