I was able to go online get preapproved and was in my vehicle in less than a weeks time. Drive time is the future of used car buying and this location is just fantastic!!! I have had the most Awesome experience at DriveTime in Macon Ga!! The very first time I walked in side of their office, I was greeted immediate by online by one of their staff members named Brandon. He showed me a variety of cars that fit the specifications that I was looking for. I was super excited to see the great variety of vehicles that they had to choose form, as well as the quality of cars. they went above and beyond in helping me to find the perfect vehicle. With the help of Lance, I ended up locating a vehicle that was on another one of their lots out of town. They actually sent one of their staff members to go and pick up the vehicle for me, and bring it to their location.They then sent Trevor to pick me up from work to bring me to their office , so I can seal the deal !! I am super excited about my new vehicle, and I highly recommend DriveTime to anyone who is searching for a vehicle. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!

This was my first experience buying a car. These guys kept me relaxed and calm while working through the experience. The payment options are simple and easy to follow. Great customer service from Kyle staples. And the general manager Lance. Thanks guys so much for helping me out, knowing my credit was terrible, they saw that I can make proper payments and on time. Ryan Rock is Middle Georgia's Best car-salesman! He HAD MY MOTHER IN AND DRIVING IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. NOT ONLY DID SHE GET THE CAR SHE WANTED HE WAS PATIENT AND VERY HELPFUL.. COME TO DRIVE TIME THEY TREAT YOU THE BEST FOR A GREAT PRICE.

I went really nervous about being approved and without my husband and no experience with cars not knowing what I was looking for. Ryan Rock was so helpful in every ways possible. From making sure I got in my price range to making sure I had a nice reliable car. he was very helpful with all of my answers. I brought my daughter in with me and he was very sweet and helped occupy her time by turning on cartoons and letting her color and play. Ryan was very patient and helpful and I recommend shopping at this location. Everyone is nice and very friendly!!
