Worst company ever DO Not I mean DO not get a loan with them I got a 200.00 loan they took all but one payment of 45.00 bucks they called wanting to take a 7,000 car lol NO way don't have it anyway! Also I tried to work out a payment arrangement for the last 45.00 bucks plus the fees which was crazy they didn't care I just lost my husband matter fact told me my bill was more important than that and they will get their money I said go a head I'm doing bankruptcy! I'm telling you DO NOT ever deal with these losers!

Added a vehicle to my policy and was over charged by $40.00 by this company. When I question the charge no one knew why. I proceeded to ask for a refund, but while doing so found out my second car was never issued. Then, asked for the total amount to be refunded, since my car wasn't insured, Carla in the refund department stated she was going to back date my insurance. Isn't that illegal? Worst customer service ever. Even had an employee tell me to deal with the fact my car wasn't insured. Don't recommend them for any services.
