TWFG Insurance Services in LaGrange, GA

We used TWFG for insurance and it was a terrible customer experience. The staff routinely did not answer phone calls nor return voice mails. They also made policy changes without or knowledge or consent. In the end, our policy was randomly terminated without notification via phone, etc. We received a letter in the mail stating that it was terminated and did not list a reason even though premiums had always been paid on time. If you value your home and want a company to have your best interest in mind DO NOT USE TWFG INSURANCE SERVICES.

What a joke, take your business elsewhere.

This company is a joke!!!! Been calling over a month about issues with them not taking care of the problems with my liability insurance, like never paying the bill after they take my payment!! I've called 37 times, I've been told he will calm me back 37 times! 6.5 weeks and no return call. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS GUY !!!!!
