I've been a Pawn Express customer for several years. That alone should speak to the quality of the business. You just don't walk away from customer service and great deals like they have. The merchandise - I've bought guns, jewelry, lawn maintenance equipment, coins and hand tools. I've been satisfied with the condition of everything I've bought from them(and in many cases much more than satisfied). Values - The pricing on the merchandise is competitive and often just amazing. I have shopped a lot of venues, online, person to person and in store and I have found that I can rarely find a better bargain or finagle a better deal that I find at Pawn Express. The staff - What a great bunch. I've never seen them treat anyone rudely even though I've certainly been there when someone deserved it. No, perhaps even more than the super deals, it is just great to go in and see the folks who have become friends. I guess I'd have to say that they have hit on a great business model. Between the great people and awesome deals I've spent more money in Pawn Express than any other store I shop in. Nobody tell my wife....
