Went in to cash a check for work. I've been a member for 20 yrs with a balance average over what I was requesting. Managers discrssion said no. No!!!! I've never been more angry in my life. I will be taking my money and bank account somewhere else. Don't use this branch understaffed and under educated with customer service. Manager would not even look me in the eyes or give me advice. I told her I would be ending my account and she said ok.

I worked with a manager named Chris, and he was extremely helpful. He got me exactly what I needed without any hassle or extra fees. If you need more than just to deposit or withdraw money, ask for Chris!

I came in and talked to Beatrice about my account and it was pleasant. She was kind and helpful. On my way out I had a question I forgot to ask so I seen a girl at the front desks on the right when you walk in on her phone so I thought I would ask her. Her name was Ragina or something like that. She ignored me at first, gave me an attitude, and then walked to the back room and never came back out. I've been a customer for way too long to be so disrespect and I asked a gentleman for the branch manager and he went back with her and never came back. Never going there again

If I could give a zero I would. The most rudest, unhelpful staff EVER. Wouldn't you think you could take 20's in and change them for one's. You can't if you don't have your account number. Unbelievably poor service. The unkind lady working the lobby on the 11th of February at around 10:30 continued to tell me it was against policy to make change without an acct number. WHO CARES. Take care of your customer. I had my work uniform on. I was doing an errand for work. The very unhelpful teller could not find our acct. So stupid....I went to Bank of America. Walked in. Got change and left with a thank you. Guess what. We do not have an acct at Bank of America. Wells Fargo has a lot to learn.
