I've been a long time customer and my husband was stuck in the drive thru so I walked in to use a restroom. They don have a public restroom ... Not even for customers. I'll be reconsidering where I bank. Every wells I have ever been in has had a restroom for their customers.

While on vacation, one of the tellers elected to forge a withdrawal slip and help himself to $1920 of my money. Went to file fraud claim in person and after waiting 30+ days and 18+ hours on phone with HQ, found out no claim was filed at all. Went to watson branch and explained the situation. Money was returned within a week and teller was fired. Can't help but wonder if others were involved at this branch with this theft. Howw is it possible to walk into a bank, report a fraud withdrawl, and they do nothing? One last thing, when I first made them aware, the asst. manager told me that the signature was indeed mine and I was committing fraud.
