First American Title Lending in Jonesboro, GA

Do not go to this place!! I opted to try this title loan business and was very disappointed in the business practices. During the signing of the contract, they stressed that there is no grace period but neglected to inform us that the due date could change from month to month according to the number of days in the month. Every month they called BEFORE the bill was due, when I didn't answer the phone once, they started calling the references that was listed on the application. I gladly paid this loan off before I originally planned to. This is one company that I will NEVER do business with again. Harassment is never a good practice for good customer service.

Stay far away from this place they don't know how to talk to you they all are rude I hate I did Business here

Management customer service does not exist. Tried to take care of my wife's acct while gone to the military and I was lead in circles by MICHEAL. IT TOOK ME TO CALL CORPORATE TO GET SOMETHING DONE. FROM THEN ON HE WAS STILL RUDE. AND DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.

This place is a DISGRACE and shouldn't be open the office Manager Michael is EXTREMELY RUDE and told me a BOLD LIE for 2wks straight and when Confronted about the lie he say he's sorry I was misinformed it's a big difference from being misinformed and lied to the other reviews were 100% right stay far away from this establishment they will treat u nice when they trying to get u to sign the paperwork then after that they treat u like u the scumbag of the Earth

I just want to say a few words about First American Title Lending ( the Jonesboro Ga location ). They have always been very helpful and supportive during the entire time I have been doing business with them. During a time when there was a major illness in my family they worked with me and showed they cared. Everyone in the office has always been very nice and willing to work with you.
