Dwayne is the worst rep I had in my life.. Since when u can't stop over drafts at BBT.. How about listening to the customer instead of over talking them.. If you go here please ask for anyone else but dwayne.. He lacks customer service.

This has to be the WORST bank I have ever banked with. This bank has been nothing but a inconvenience to me and I haven't been with them a month yet. Certain departments are only open Monday-Friday which is plain out stupid!
